Who We Are

Family Partners LLC was founded in 2000 with the vision to serve the unique needs of families who have a loved one with a developmental disability. We continue to work toward that goal by offering a variety of quality, meaningful services to individuals in Maricopa County, Yuma County and beyond. Special needs is what we do.

Family Partners is committed to inspiring people with adult developmental disability care to reach their full potential by encouraging meaningful life experiences. We achieve this mission by supporting community inclusion and opportunities for personal choice.

Learn About Funding Eligibility

While there are opportunities to use private insurance and private-pay agreements for some of our services, they are typically funded by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) for individuals who are Arizona Long Term Care (ALTCS) eligible.
